Localisation laws of Formulation wherein if two local formulators are present for a particular product which falls under tender category then outsiders will not be allowed to Participate in Tender (including the originator)

Localisation Law for API

If the Local formulator sources API from Russian Manufacturer then that Formulator will be given 25% price discount in participation of tender.

With such laws brings in the great opportunity for technology transfer opportunities, technology transfer of formulation, technology transfer of API Molecules and in the future technology transfer of N-2 to N-1 process.
